Rae Feller

Rae is new to Colorado having recently relocated to Denver from Indianapolis, Indiana. She is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law and has been practicing since 2007. Rae graduated from Indiana University School of Law and began practicing in 2007. Rae brings a deep commitment to child advocacy, with much of her career devoted to representing the interests of vulnerable children and families.
Before joining Epstein Patierno, Rae served as the Indiana State Director of the GAL/CASA, overseeing statewide efforts to provide quality representation for children in the court system. Her diverse legal background includes roles as a deputy prosecutor, public defender, Guardian ad Litem, and counsel for a child advocacy nonprofit. Rae’s leadership roles in child welfare law give her a well-rounded perspective and deep understanding of the complex challenges facing families in crisis.
Originally from a small town in Southern Indiana, Rae holds a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art and Art History from Indiana University. She remains active in the arts community and is always thinking about her next creative project. Rae also enjoys exploring her new Colorado surroundings with her husband and children.
Rae represents clients in divorce, custody disputes, and modifications of child support.
