Bailey Dumea is a distinguished legal professional with a comprehensive background in both academic and practical aspects of the law. She began her academic journey at Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas, where she graduated with honors from the prestigious Guy D. Newman Honors Academy. Bailey earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science, focusing on Jurisprudence, and completed a minor in Psychology.

Bailey’s passion for law led her to the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2019. During her time there, she also obtained a Certificate in Indian Law, further expanding her expertise in this specialized legal field.

With over two years of experience as a criminal prosecutor Bailey gained valuable insight into case law and trial procedure. She then served as an Associate Attorney, specializing in family law and criminal defense, where she leveraged her legal knowledge and prosecutorial experience to benefit her clients.

Currently, Bailey serves as an Associate Attorney at Epstein Patierno LLP, focusing on divorce, custody allocation, and other family law matters. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication, Bailey is committed to providing exceptional legal representation in family law cases, always prioritizing her clients’ best interests.
